We are an online marketplace only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not own, manage, inspect, verify, control, endorse, or guarantee the properties, services, experiences, resources, or other offerings listed on the Website.

A booking or transaction creates an agreement directly between the User and the Provider.

The Website is not a party to that agreement unless expressly stated.

Pricing, availability, cancellation policies, terms, and conditions are determined by the Provider unless otherwise indicated.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

We are not responsible for payment processing delays, banking errors, chargebacks, payment disputes, or third-party service interruptions.
